At Airsafe Cleaning, we use different machines tailored to the specific cleaning task at hand. For carpets, we use a combination of SEBO commercial-grade vacuums and CRB machines and top-of-the-line extraction cleaners from Airflex. We use only the best chemicals from Prochem on all jobs.

Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?

Yes, all of the cleaning products we use are eco-friendly and safe for children and pets. We ensure that no harsh chemicals are left behind, and our methods are designed to provide a thorough clean without compromising safety.

How long will it take for my carpets or upholstery to dry after cleaning?

The drying time typically depends on the type of material and the cleaning method used. On average, carpets and upholstery take between 4 to 6 hours to fully dry after cleaning (depending on level of soiling and time of year). We use advanced extraction machines that remove most of the moisture, minimizing drying time. For best results, we recommend ensuring proper ventilation in the room during and after cleaning.

How do I schedule a cleaning service and what should I do before your team arrives?

You can schedule any one of our services by contacting us via phone or email. Before we arrive, we ask that you clear the area to be cleaned, removing any personal items or furniture that might obstruct the cleaning process. For more complex cleaning jobs, we will guide you through any additional preparations during our initial consultation.

Do you offer any additional services apart from carpet, upholstery & mattress cleaning?

Yes, in addition to carpet, upholstery and mattress cleaning, we also offer full house cleans, pre and post tenancy/new home cleans etc… We also offer patio & driveway cleaning.
